Description Letter from Colonel Frank M. Rumbold to the Commanding General of the 35th Division, Peter Traub. Rumbold informs Traub that he is recovered and ready to return to command of the 128th Field Artillery. On the back of this letter Rumbold writes to Lt. Colonel Turck explaining his situation at Base Hospital 117. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
