Description Colonel Frank M. Rumbold writes to L.G. Berry, the Commanding General of the 60th Field Artillery Brigade, informing him of a missing water cart that was taken from the 128th Field Artillery by the 130th Field Artillery. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
