Description A true copy of Frank M. Rumbold's certificate of service. The original copy was signed by Adjutant General J.H. McCord. The copy was completed by Lieutenant Colonel J. Watt Page. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
