Description Two newspaper clippings concerning a portrait painting of Brigadier General Frank M. Rumbold. The painting was presented by men who served under him in the 128th Field Artillery. The painting was given for permanent display in the Soldiers' Memorial in St. Louis. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
