Description Certificate outlining the service of Colonel Frank M. Rumbold, signed by the Adjutant General for the state of Missouri, J.H. McCord. Rumbold first entered the service as a cadet in the First Missouri Infantry in 1879. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
