Headquarters 60th F.A. Brig., American expeditionary Forces, [September] 22, 1918. MEMORANDUM: 1. All Regimental Commanders, Operations Officers, and C.O. of Motor Battalion and Horsed Battalion of the Ammunition Train will report to these headquarters at Grange le Comte Fe, at 1:00 P.M. today, to go forward for reconnaissance. Description Memorandum written by 2nd Lt. C.R. Mize by order of Brigadier General L.G. Berry instructing all Regimental Commanders, Operations Officers, and C.O. of Motor Battalion and Horsed Battalion of the Ammunition Train to report to headquarters. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
