I see it was left to the women of the Heights to bring back the lights, and they did. So Dad and Whitey have resumed pinochleing at Keiffers again! Well they had better watch that old bird, as he is somewhat of a player and their champion ship is the danger. Their is very little of that going on here. Black jack - Poker and Craps being the favorites all of which go on unmolested as something must be done to while away the time between watches. My Xmas box never came but their is yet some hope

This is the last sheet of paper I have in my bunk so I must stop now and will continue as soon as I have made a trip to the Y. and have more paper over
