St. Louis [Missouri] April 14 - 1919 Dear Friend George. Yours parents let me read your kind and interesting letter which I surely did enjoy. I am surely glad that you and Ralph met in France which I know made things more pleasant for both of you. I am more than pleased to hear you speak so well of my son Ralph, and George I surely appreciated it, for their isnt a one that could not speak well of Ralph and I assure you George that there is no one Ralph could have been more pleased
