January 21st., 1922. Dear Frank :- Your breezy little notes to Gene and myself with enclosure of outline of your proposed campaign for the release of the politicals is at hand. You could engage in no more worthy undertaking and we are wishing all hoped for success to your efforts. We are making such appeal as we can from this office and shall help along in every way possible under the circumstances. But it will be some time yet before we can get the deck s cleared here for action as the comrades keep coming in from all directions and keep us from getting down to work. We have been so worked up and excited too that we have been able to do but little in the way of getting started. The tremendous accumulation
