138 West 13th Street, New York, March 1, 1918 Mr. R.W. Earlywine, Ruskin, Florida Dear Commander:- I am glad to have your little note of February 19th, and to know that the garden is getting along all right. I have accomplished my mission to New York which I know will please you; and I am now ready to go further in the same general direction. As far as the Ruskin Plaza proposition is concerned. I am simply waiting to the owners to say what they are going to do. I made them a proposition, and if they accept it we shall have success. If they do not accept it, it will be necessary for us to find some other location for our colony and our school; but, believe me, Zeuch has the thing lined up. I have met a number of university people here, and they are wild over the idea. With best love to yourself and all of the dear comrades. Fraternally yours,
