The federal political prisoners are unconditionally released, and the Post Dispatch says that they were released because their cases were presented on their individual merits to the President and to the public, and you will remember that yours were the first words of blessing and encouragement that came to us in St. Louis when the project of sending the living petition to Washington, armed with the individual studies of the cases, was presented.
