Pharmacist-Mate, First Class Roland Ray Jamison served in the U.S.M.C.'s Navy, 5th Regiment, 2nd Division in France. He was born July 2, 1890 in Hermitage, Missouri. He later lived in Cross Timbers, Missouri. He was killed in action on October 4, 1918 in Blanc Mont Sector, France and buried in the Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery.
