Service of the Queen Palace of Bruxells. Mister President, The Queen has received your letter of the 6th of November last and She has read it with the greatest interest. Her Majesty has admired at length the cartoons which were published in the newspapers of your city as well as the talent with which the artists have treated subjects so delicate and so touching. Our August Sovereign has been particularly sensible to the terms by which you were expressing to Her all the sentiments of your ardent sympathy. She has asked me to address to you Her deepest thanks and She prays you to be Herceloquent interpreter to all the Members of your Society as well as to all of those who have contributed towards the success of your work in behalf of the victims of the war. I have been commissioned to warmly felicitate you in the name of our Gracious Sovereign and to assure you that She will keep of your devotion and of the delicate thought you had in offering to Her the originals of the drawings published, Her best and most affectionate souvenir. The Queen has taken a very special notice of the Mister Mister President
