Crutcher My dear Mr. Crutcher: Inclosed you will please find a copy of the letter I lately received from Her Majesty, Queen of the Belgiums together with a translation thereof. It refers to Belgian Baby Day and to the cartoons that where sent to her and to your good work on that day. Very respectfully yours [signature illegible]
