[February] 5/ 1919 Mr. J.W. Peters, c/o Engineers Club, St. Louis, [Missouri]., Dear Sir:- We beg to acknowledge receipt of your telegraphic order of the 4th inst., for one Regimental Color for Engineers, to be sent to Womens Auxiliary 12th Engineers, St. Louis, [Missouri], for which please accept thanks. The flag is in work and shipment will be made C.O.D. the latter part of the month, and trust when received will be found more than satisfactory.
