Description | Letter from E.W. Cadley to Joseph W. Peters, the secretary of the Engineers' Club of St. Louis, stating that he has enclosed a copy of a letter and a telegram about the agreement reached with Jacob Von Mauer. The enclosed letter to Major General W.M. Black, Chief of Engineers, and the telegram to S.M. Peters, Director General of Military Railroads, state that the Engineers' Club wished to have a public reception upon the 12th Engineers' return. |
