Attention, Daughters. We herewith send you questionnaires which we desire you to fill in. The Adjutant-General of Missouri is planning to have these all filled in the proper place, and when the data is compiled, to have volumes covering the history of all these men published. Each man or woman will receive gratis, the copy in which his or her name appears. Therefore, we desire you to send immediately the data as completely arranged as possible on the enclosed questionnaires. Mail or hand the same to Miss Edna Newcomb, Secretary, 5927 Kingsbury Blvd. Please have a picture of your soldier in uniform to be placed in the upper left hand corner of questionnaire. Give a brief biographical sketch of some particular point or characteristic of life of the soldier in Army, Navy, Canteen, Y.M.C.A., Y.W.C.A. or Red Cross work. This matter is entirely gratis, no expense in any way, shape or manner connected with it. We are working through the Missouri Historical Society, to arrange their complete records. If you need additional questionnaires or assistance in filing out same, kindly notify Miss Newcomb, Secretary.
