Honorable Discharge from the United States Army TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: This is to Certify, That Clarence J. Minick a Sergeant of Company "M" of the thirty-fith Regiments of Infantry, as a TESTIMONIAL OF HONEST AND FAITHFUL SERVICE, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the UNITED STATES ARMY by reason of G. O. 50 U.D. 1917. To accept commission as first Lieut. in Infantry Section Officers Reserve Corps. Said Clarence J. Minick was born in Orrick, in the States of Missouri, and when enlisted was 21 6/12 years of age, by occupation a Farmer, had Blue eyes, D. Brown, hair, Ruddy complexion, and was 5 feet 9 inches in height. Given under my hand at Nogalis, Arizona this 7 day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen [signature] Coloenl 35 Infantry Regiment Commanding.

Typhoid prophylaxis completed [September 29, 1913] Paratyphoid completed [June 4, 1917] Married or single: Single Character: Excellent [I certify this character given by me] Remarks: Service honest and faithful.
