but is still confined to his home. Carl J. McCrory, Farm Foreman of District 6, is still an inmate, making slow recovery after an attack of flu which left him with a weak heart. Mr. McCrory has certainly contributed his share towards making the world safe for democracy as he has never been robust since the war where he was gassed and suffered shrapnel wounds. A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Browning of District 8 on the 6th.
