| Description | George J. Maguolo drew these sketches while in France from April 1918 - May 1919. Maguolo studied architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, prior to entering the Army in November 1917. Maguola was in the 29th Engineers Company A and served in France until 1919. In this sketchbook Maguolo sketched numerous buildings and cathedrals while stationed at Chaumont, France. |
