Leonard, Medical Department, having reported at these headquarters February 13, 1919, in compliance with paragraph 26, Embarkation Orders No. 13, A. E. F., Headquarters Services of Supply, January 15, 1919, will, under War Department instructions of February 3, 1919, report to the Commanding Officer, U. S. A.
