AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES HEADQUARTERS SERVICE OF SUPPLY Embarkation Orders No. 15. January 15, 1919. EXTRACT Par. 28. Pusuant to authority contained in telegram from G. H. Q., A.E.F. dated [November] 17, 1918, Contract Surgeon ESTHER E. LEONARD, M.D. Base Hospital 115 AEF whose services are no longer required in the AEF, will proceed to Headquarters Base Section No. 5, AEF, reporting upon arrival to the Commanding General for transportation to the United States, reporting upon arrival thereat, to the Commanding General, Port of Embarkation, for further orders. The travel directed is necessary in the military service. By Command of Major General Harbord. W. D. Connor. Chief of Staff. TRUE COPY James Ward Capt MC.
