Pusuant to verbal instructions, Surgeon Port of Embarkation, Hoboken, New Jersey, this date, the following officers and contract surgeons attached to Anaesthetic Unit Number One will proceed to Pier 59, 20th Street, North River, New York City, [New York], arriving there not later than 7 a.m., Tuesday, September 3, 1918, reporting to the Commanding Officer, Anaesthetic Unit Number One upon their arrival thereat: 1st Lieut. John C. Gable M.C. USA 1st Lieut. Edward J. Hyland, M.C. USA Contract Surgeon Martha J. Peebles, USA Contract Surgeon Isabel Gray, USA Contract Surgeon Elizabeth M. Hocker USA Contract Surgeon Dora L. Horn USA Contract Surgeon Esther E. Leonard USA Contract Surgeon Edna Smith USA Contract Surgeon Jessie Southgate USA The Quartermaster Corps will furnish the necessary transportation.
