Description Brigadier General Coulter issued this special order informing members of the Sanitary Corps to entrain to Base Hospital #15 at Chaumont, France. Dr. Esther E. Leonard was mentioned on the list of contract surgeons that were to move to Chaumont. Dr. Leonard served as a contract surgeon during World War I at the U.S. Army General Hospital No. 1 in New York City and at an evacuation hospital in Vichy, France.
