Description F.H. Chant sent this letter to Dr. Esther E. Leonard on behalf of the Zone Finance Office in regards to a voucher. Dr. Leonard served as a contract surgeon during World War I at the U.S. Army General Hospital No. 1 in New York City and at an evacuation hospital in Vichy, France.
