Leonard is attached to the sanitary service of the United States Army, is authorized to accompany the (Designate the organization to which attached.) Anaesthetic Unit #1, in the capacity of (Describe function.) Contract Surgeon, and is entitled to the privileges and immunities provided in Chapter III of the International Red Cross Convention of 1906.
