Leonard, Contract Surgeon, United States Army, having reported at this station for duty in compliance with par. 67, Special Order No. 324, GHQ, AEF, dated November 20, 1918, will report to the Commanding Officer, Base Hospital No. 115, this station for assignment to duty.
