General Court-Martial Order No. 556. UNITED STATES DISCIPLINARY BARRACKS. Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, August 19, 1917. Before a General Court Martial which convened at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, pursuant to Paragraph 2, Special Orders No. 126, June 27, 1917, United States Disciplinary Barracks was arrainged and tried: Private Clyde P. Hutchison, Company G. 3rd Missouri Inf. CHARGE: Violation of the 66th Article of war Specification: In that Private Clyde P. Hutchison, Company G. 3rd Missouri Infantry, a soldier in the service of the United States, being on guard and posted as a sentinel in time of war at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, on or about the 29th day of July, 1917, was found asleep on post. PLEAS. To the Specification and charge:
