B.E.F. 18-5-19 Lt. J.W. Hardesty M.R.C. U.S.A. No. 9 Gen. Hospital Rouen Dear Sir, your letter addressed to Major Jobson has been handed to me, as I regret to say, that Major Jobson is "Missing" since 11th April, 1918. chums out here – possibly, your brother, may have written to his home, as I believe there is some difficulty in writing to any person in France, in which case it would take some time before you would hear. Possibly, the Officer in charge of the RA166 Records, A.G.'s Office, Rouen, would be able to help you and I would suggest that you write or call on him. Trusting that you will receive good news soon about your brother I remain yours faithfully. LD. Henderson Major, 1/4th Seaforth Highlanders.
