Gellhorn, Edna Papers
Edna Gellhorn was a well-known suffragist and active participant in the United States National Food Administration. This collection from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri is comprised of letters to and from Gellhorn during WWI, including letters from Herbert Hoover, then director of the United States Food Administration organization who helped to enact the Food Control Act of 1917.
