Description Captain Marshall issued this Invoice of Funds Transferred to Dr. Levi Fuson for Liquid Coffee Money. Captain Fuson was in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospitals 21 and 210 in France. Base hospital 21, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops.
