Description Captain H. E. Wyckoff issued this Clearance for Motor Transport Corps Property to Dr. Levi Fuson certifying that he was not responsible for any motor transport property. Captain Fuson was in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospitals 21 and 210 in France. Base hospital 21, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops.
