Description | Dr. Levi H. Fuson wrote this memorandum to the Adjutant General of the Army accepting his commission to Captain. Dr. Fuson was a Captain in U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospital 21, in Rouen, France. The hospital, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops. |
