Description Major F. G. Aud ordered this charge sheet, which was signed by Dr. Levi Fuson, for Harry E. Rickenberg for several violations. Dr. Fuson was a Captain in U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospital 21, in Rouen, France. The hospital, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops.
