Description | Colonel Scott issued this order to Dr. Levi H. Fuson discharging him from the military effective July 25th, 1919. Dr. Fuson was a Captain in U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospital 21, in Rouen, France. The hospital, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops. |
