Description Captain Aud sent this memorandum to the Commander of the Justice Hospital Group with Dr. Levi H. Fuson's qualification cards. Captain Fuson was in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He served with Base Hospitals 21 and 210 in France. Base hospital 21, which was founded and staffed by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, was one of six that was selected for mobilization by the U.S. Government to support the British troops.
