Description | Therese de Noue sent this letter to Elsie. Therese explained how she wished Powhatan H. Clarke would visit her since she lived so close to Paris. She also discussed where she was when war was declared by France. Clarke served with the 21st Aero Squadron and Labor Bureau A.E.F. during Word War I. |
