Description | Powhatan H. Clarke wrote this letter addressed to Bums. Clarke explained that he was moving to Nantes, further to the rear for a new job with the Labor Bureau. Clarke served with the 21st Aero Squadron and Labor Bureau A.E.F. during Word War I. |
