This afternoon we were standing on the main street after an exciting game of billiards when a horse came along with some harness hanging by his heels. All of a sudden he started kicking to free himself bowled over the old French man & proceeded to kick his was all around over the place. Every time any body thought the horse was safely headed away the darn brute would swing around and come at you again. He kept me hopping four or five times. The last time he stopped to kick about four feet from me & I proceeded to grab. I don
