Description Lieutenant N.B. Gregg Jr. sent this telegram to Mrs. Elizabeth Clarke and informed her that he just saw her son Powhatan Clarke and that he was doing well. Clarke served with the 21st Aero Squadron and Labor Bureau A.E.F. during Word War I.
