Description | Bryan McMullen, 1st Lieutenant of the 144th Infantry sent this letter to the Commanding officer of Chanute Field in Rantoul Illinois. McMullen provided a list of names, which included Powhatan H. Clarke, to be sent to Garden City Long Island, New York for duty in the aeronautical squadron. Clarke served with the 21st Aero Squadron and Labor Bureau A.E.F. during Word War I. |
