HEAdquarters Air Service Replacement Concentration Barracks, [February] 10, 1918. Special Orders No. 40 1. All officers with the rating of R.M.A. now assigned or attached to Aero Squadrons stationed at this post are hereby relieved from duty with such organization. Where organizations are in command of any officer of R. M.A. rating, he will turn over the command, with all money and property accounts to the next ranking non-flying officer on duty with such organization. By order Colonel Eskridge Signed (T.P. Description Powhatan Hughes Clarke served with the 21st Aero Squadron and the Labor Bureau A.E.F. during World War I. He died from tuberculosis August 20, 1920. These special orders releived Powhatan Clarke from duty with the 21st Aero Squadron.
