Pursuant to authority from the Commander-in-Chief, American Expeditionary Forces, contained in indorsement dated [September] 11 1917, 1stnLt. Powhatan H. Clarke, A.S.S.R.C. will proceed from these Headquarters to Delouze, France, reporting upon arrival to C.O. for assignment to duty with Administration Labor Company No 101.
