April 13, 1918. Mrs. Rob Banks Kermack, Boulder [Colorado] My dear Cousin Robbie: I have your note, also Mr. Kermack’s letter to President Hurley. I think his letter is written with great vigor and clarity; whether it will do any good or not, is another question. We are still all well. Bennett is getting along fine in the army. Genevieve’s boy is fine and healthy and was 14 months old today. Under separate cover, I am sending you the photograph. Your friend, Champ Clark
