B., 129th F.A. to whom insurance in the amount of $10,000 was issued by the United States under the Act of Congress of October 6, 1917 and the Amendments thereto, you are entitled to receive insurance in payments of fifty seven and 50/100-----dollars per month from the 17th

The letter informs her that she is the beneficiary of her brothers insurance in the amount of $10,000. Clyde Chilson died on October 16, 1918 during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He served with Battery B, 129th Field Artillery, 35th Division. |
