Chilson, formerly Battery B, 129th Field Artillery, you are advised that this office has no record of such award being made. Foreign decorations are being received frequently in this office for both officers and enlisted men, and it is possible that the decoration for your brother may be received at some later date, and if so it will be promptly forwarded to you. In the meantime, it is suggested that you communicate direct with the Commanding General, American Expeditionary Forces. Very truly yours, P.C. Harris The Adjutant General Per: WEC
