Description Certificate from the Secretary of the Treasury, W.G. McAdoo, to Mrs. Lottie Hewitt, the sister of the late Clyde Chilson. The letter informs her that she is the beneficiary of her brothers insurance in the amount of $10,000. Clyde Chilson died on October 16, 1918 during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He served with Battery B, 129th Field Artillery, 35th Division.
