Mr. Max Rotter, 3506 Cedar St., Milwaukee, [Wisconsin] My dear Rotter: Just received your letter of [December] 19th and have telegraphed you as per confirmation attached. This morning I received telegram addressed to you from Spear advising that your proposed arrangement was satisfactory. You will find telegram enclosed. Even if Seymour cannot meet us I think it is best that we meet Spear without further delay, and I have arranged to leave St. Louis via Pennsylvania at 12:02 next Wednesday afternoon. Enclosed you will find confirmation of Spear
