Description | Letter from James R. Harris, the Vice President and General Manager of the Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine Company, to J. Barraja-Frauenfelder of the Lake Torpedo Boat Company. Harris stated that a clutch for the S-2 submarine engine had arrived in St. Louis and he hoped Frauenfelder could be there when they test the clutch. The Lake Torpedo Boat Company worked closely with the Busch-Sulzer company to manufacture submarines during the war. |
