1. Name of Firm. Busch-Sulzer Bros.-Diesel Engine Co. 2. Business transactions. Manufacture and sale of Diesel Engines, both for stationary and Submarine purposes. 3. If an exporter, character of goods exported, country or countries to which exported; and if possible, names of persons concerned; if in Europe or Mexico. Under agreement with Mssrs. Sulzer Brothers of Winterthur, Switzerland, our territory is limited to the United States of America and its possessions, and Panama and Canada. Up to this time we have exported no engines except to the Philippine Islands. 4. Any facts regarding personnel of the Company and principal activities. Do not understand what is required. Our principal activities at the present time are confined to building Submarine Engines for the Lake Torpedo Boat Company of Bridgeport, [Connecticut], which has contracts for Submarines for the United States Government. 5-A If partnership or corporations, the date of its organization and the amount for which capitalized. Corporation organized [February] 1st, 1911 with capital stock of $2,100,000,00. 5-B Character of its present bank and business associates; names of banks they do business with: also firms they do business with. South Side Trust company of St. Louis, [Missouri] 90% of our work at the present time is being done for The Lake Torpedo Boat Company of Bridgeport, [Connecticut], and the California Shipbuilding Co., of Long Beach, [California], both of which firms have contracts with the United States Government for Submarines, we furnishing the engines for same. Our other business consists of furnishing repair parts for Diesel Engines which have been purchased from our Company by customers, whose plants are located at different points between the New England States and the Philippine Islands, and North Dakota and Southern Texas. We can give you a list of these firms if you so desire. We purchase raw materials for the manufacture of our Engines principally from the Bethlehem Steel Company, Bethlehem, [Pennsylvania]; The Erie Forge Company, Erie, [Pennsylvania]; Reedy Foundry, Chicago, [Illinois]; Electric Steel Co., Chicago, [Illinois]; Titanium Bronze Co., Niagara Falls, [New York] White and Bro., Philadelphia, Pa; and Schutte & Koerting, Philadelphia. [Pennsylvania]. If desired, we can give you detailed list of all parties from whom we purchase raw material and supplies. 5-C The personnel of Company, giving nationality of officers of Company and
